iPD is an enhanced, commercially available implementation of UDOT's award-winning PDBS program, developed for state and city departments of transportation, federal government agencies and represents a new alternative for project management control for pre-construction, construction and civil rights business requirements.

iPD was designed and developed with four customer-focused objectives:
