The iPD (integrated Project Development) solution is a comprehensive project management and e-bidding system, fully integrating all functional aspects of road & bridge construction from electronic bidding through final contractor payment.
In cooperation with the Utah Department of Transportation, the iPD solution has been redeveloped from UDOT's award-winning PDBS system, (Project Development Business System).
As a re-written and enhanced application, iPD provides customized solutions specific to a DOT's business rules and processes.
Designed for state and city departments of transportation, federal government agencies, and others needing to carefully manage capital asset and infrastructure projects, iPD seamlessly integrates end-to-end project management control for pre-construction, electronic bidding, construction and civil rights activities. By developing the solution with extensive input from experienced DOT systems users, iPD mirrors actual DOT business processes.
